Reminder: Grant Applications Available to Area Non-Profit Organizations

The Greater Keller Women's Club Foundation awards grants to organizations with a 501(c)(3) tax‐exempt status as determined by the IRS. The Grant Guidelines, Application and Checklist for consideration of a grant in 2016 can be found on the website at www.gkwc.org. These forms, along with all supporting documentation, should be completed and returned to The Greater Women’s Club Foundation, P.O. Box 2365, Keller, Texas 76244.
The application must be postmarked no later than April 1, 2016.
A committee consisting of The Greater Keller Women’s Club members reviews the grant applications and strives to award grants to deserving organizations in the community. There are numerous criteria including, but not limited to, financial need, other forms of support, administration cost and impact in the community. In an effort to award these organizations accordingly, the Foundation has a four-step approval process. We hope you understand the GKWC Foundation strives for excellence in the area of giving and wishes the best for all of our applying organizations.

A letter indicating the status of each application will be mailed immediately following the final approval process on May 24, 2016. The distribution of funds dinner will be held on June 16, 2016, at Sky Creek Golf Club.

These grants are made available through the GKWC Foundation Garden of Roses: Roses & Pearls Champagne Brunch and Auction which will be held on April 2, 2016, at the Texas Motor Speedway. We invite your support and attendance. Tickets may be purchased by contacting our Ticket Chairperson, Denise Compton, Reservations@gkwc.org or by calling her at 817-714-1113.

If you have any questions about the grant application process, please call Jean Manuszak, 2015-16 Philanthropic Chair at 817-427-1727 or email Philanthropy@gkwc.org
